He served as Louisiana District 16 Senator with distinction for the constitutionally allowed three consecutive terms from 2009-2020. Senator Norbèrt N. “Norby” Chabert is a South Louisiana native and brings a combined 20 years of business and governmental affairs experience to Claitor Chabert. He served as Louisiana District 20 Senator with distinction for the constitutionally allowed three consecutive terms from 2009-2020. Norby brings a grassroots and street level view to the governmental process and excels in the arena of practical communication.
